The Blink Bank is a female, black owned lash brand. We are based in Winnipeg and do pick up in Winnipeg as well as worldwide delivery. The Blink Bank launched in June of 2020. We aim to make everyone feel beautiful and dare to be bold with our lash collections! We strive to be different and to be the best.
